Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and user training for Live!QC Tools QMS Software.
Conduct pre-sales and post-sales product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.
Assist customers in implementing and using QMS modules such as Document Control, CAPA, Audit Management, NCR, and Training Management.
Understand customer quality processes and recommend suitable software solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and support.
Prepare user manuals, training materials, case studies, and product documentation.
Coordinate with the development team for customer feedback, feature enhancements, and issue resolution.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards is preferred.
Strong understanding of software applications and business process workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Good presentation, communication, and customer interaction skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and provide effective user support.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Live!QC Tools QMS Software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer quality management requirements and recommend suitable QMS software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and software walkthroughs.
- Work closely with the Application Engineering and Technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to business growth.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to understand and explain enterprise software solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) or manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Good teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
